Peak Performance Buoyancy

This is where the skills start working. In the PPB class you will learn your body position and movement in the water and how it affects your diving. After the elearning we will get in the pool to get your gear perfectly set up and streamlined. We then get you weighted properly and trimmed just right. You will be amazed at how much more comfortable and confident you will feel. After that, you will discover just how much your air consumption will decrease giving you longer bottom times!!! 

Includes online course work, one pool session and one trip to a local lake.
